School Outreach Program
In 2025, Hub Bo launched a pilot program reaching eight partner schools across Bo. Daily 90-minute sessions delivered foundational computer skills directly to students in their familiar learning environment. Each school enrolled 46 learners and one teacher in semester-long ICT and digital skills training, creating momentum for digital transformation across the district.
Â
Building on this success, our 2026 expansion will scale this proven model to more schools throughout Bo, dramatically increasing access to digital skills training for young learners.

The Hub Training Center
Forging the Future Leaders of Bo District
At the heart of Hub Bo are 40 extraordinary individuals—our founding members and the architects of a new Bo. Selected during our launch in July 2025, these pioneers weren’t chosen for passive participation in a training program. They were chosen for their hunger: a genuine conviction that they could learn, build, and create opportunity in their own communities.
They come from different backgrounds, different streets, different circumstances. But they share one powerful truth: they refuse to accept that their zip code determines their destiny.
What makes them special isn’t just their commitment to learning—it’s their readiness to act. Through intensive technology and entrepreneurship training, weekly cohorts, and hands-on real-world projects, they’re mastering skills not as abstract knowledge, but as tools to launch real businesses, create real jobs, and spark real change. They’re not waiting for perfect conditions. They’re building while learning, testing ideas while taking classes, becoming leaders while still being mentored.
These 40 are the foundation of a movement. And as they graduate into entrepreneurs and business owners, they’ll become mentors themselves—pulling the next generation up with them.
Our 2026 Vision: Multiplying Leaders
In 2026, Hub Bo will scale this intensive program to develop dozens more future leaders across Bo District. Each cohort will strengthen the ecosystem of entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers committed to transforming their communities. We’re not just training individuals—we’re building a generation of leaders who will define Bo’s future for decades to come.
